Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the US:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): FREE on orders over $49 | $5.99 for orders under $49
• Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $12.99

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link in your confirmation email or by visiting your account page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to PO Boxes for express orders. International shipping is not yet available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@botsleep.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
