Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping (2-5 business days) is available at checkout. All orders over $49 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at My Account.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Sleep Trial on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll even cover return shipping.

What does the warranty cover?

All BotSleep products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. Contact our support team at support@botsleep.com for warranty claims.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely. All BotSleep products are rigorously tested and comply with US safety standards. Electronic devices are FCC certified. We use only non-toxic, skin-safe materials.

Do I need to charge the devices?

Most of our electronic devices come with USB-C charging cables and last 8-12 hours on a single charge — enough for a full night of uninterrupted sleep.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes! Select "Shop Pay Installments" or "Afterpay" at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
