30-Day Sleep Trial

We want you to love your BotSleep purchase. That's why every product comes with a 30-Day Sleep Trial. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@botsleep.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible)
4. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products should be in reasonable condition (normal use wear is OK)
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Return shipping is FREE — we provide a prepaid label

Exchanges

Want a different product instead? Contact us and we'll help you find the right one. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Warranty Claims

For defective products within the 1-year warranty period, contact support@botsleep.com. Warranty replacements are shipped free of charge.
